Noser Group once again among the top 10 most popular IT employers in Switzerland
The renewed success of the Noser Group, which has once again made it into the top 10 Swiss IT employers, represents an outstanding result of the survey conducted by the «Handelszeitung» in collaboration with «PME» and Statista. This ranking, which has been published for the sixth time, is based on the ratings of 15,000 Swiss employees.

The survey, which took place between May and July 2023, took into account more than 200,000 opinions on over 1,500 employers, all employing at least 200 people and coming from 19 different industries. The Noser Group’s success underscores its continued attractiveness as an employer in Switzerland’s highly competitive IT sector and testifies to the importance of a positive corporate culture and an attractive working environment in today’s working world. This differentiated and weighted evaluation system helps to paint a comprehensive and meaningful picture of the employer landscape in Switzerland. The Noser Group’s success once again underlines the importance of a positive working environment and a strong corporate culture, especially in highly competitive industries such as IT.
