What do you like about working at Noser Bulgaria?

At first place, the people with whom I am working and the friendly relationships that we have built. It is essential for me, as it makes the work a real pleasure, and we are facing challenges with much more confidence, trust, and optimism. At the second place, it is the flexibility, our company rely on our responsibility, gives us enough freedom to manage our time. The flat management structure helps us to be creative and results-driven. And at third place, the exciting and challenging projects on which we are working, that are on a top international level.

What do you do at Noser Bulgaria?

I am working as a Senior Consultant IT Service Management (ServiceNow) and Sofia Team Manager.

What are your top 5 skills?

Persistence, positive thinking, openness, perfectionism, problem analysis.

What is your professional background?

I could say it is broad. It includes diverse education: BSc and MSc Engineering, PhD in Computer Science, and MSc in Business Management degrees. Almost 18 years in different positions from technological to management in small to enterprise-wide companies, four patents, several key certifications like ITIL Expert and Trainer, numerous rewards and recognitions including the award of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria “John Atanasoff” Certificate 2014. Also, during recent years, entrepreneurial experience in the field of gamification and innovation training, and consultancy. And the most valuable for me as trainer and lecturer expertise in private and public held institutions.

What are the top 3 values that drive you?

The results that we achieve as a team, a world with useful and accessible education, and the fun of working on something challenging.

What do you think distinguishes us as a company?

I believe this is the unique Swiss and Bulgarian nationalities mixture culture and, the great and friendly people with whom I am currently working.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I am a big fan of the Bulgarian nature and history, especially our Rhodope mountains and the Thracian history. So, when I have free time, I am spending it with hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing.

What would people be surprised to know about you?

That during the recent years, my passion is geology and most specifically Bulgarian mineralogy.
