Meet one of our teammates: Tsvetelina Abadzhieva. She is working as a Administrative Director. Our culture is one of the things we are very proud of so much. What do you like about working at Noser Bulgaria?

I am proud to work for and be part of Noser Bulgaria’s team because the people I work with make me feel like a part of something big, something that has value and meaning. Several things make working for this company a fantastic experience for me – work-life balance, autonomy, variety, culture and work challenges.

What do you do at Noser Bulgaria?

As an administrative director of Noser Bulgaria I am engaged in a variety of tasks and responsibilities as: overseeing day-to-day operations, developing organizational policies, managing organizational budgets, maintaining corporate relationships and of course, taking care of all legal and financial aspects.

What is your professional background?

As a dynamic and very motivated person, I started my professional development during my bachelor studies as a tax intern within one of “The Big Four” companies – Deloitte. Working as a tax intern at there taught me a lot, but mostly gave me contacts and overview of different branches and sectors of the economy. I continued my professional development in a law company where I worked as a tax consultant. Now I am happy to be part of Noser Bulgaria’s team, and meanwhile, I am developing my own business.

What are the top 3 values that drive you?

My top 3 values that drive me in my professional, as well as my personal life, would be – knowledge, creativity and respect.

What do you think distinguishes us as a company?

I think that people within a structure are what makes a structure distinctive. We are a small but fantastic team, we respect each other, we motivate each other, and we enjoy working together.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I am a person that enjoys being active most of the time and spending time with others. I enjoy sports like ski, snowboard, kitesurf, windsurf. I love dancing and yoga, but what I enjoy the most is travelling.

What would people be surprised to know about you?

I love to paint, but I hide my paintwork because I always dislike it. I love the process by itself, and it is like meditation to me.
